In order for you to organise your holidays with complete peace of mind, we offer you Booking Conditions adapted to the current health context:

• Deferral of stay over 12 months or proposal of a credit note deductible from your next stay.
• Reimbursement of costs incurred at the time of booking (*excluding administration costs) if the campsite is administratively obliged not to open.
• Reimbursement (*excluding handling fees) if you are unable to access the campsite, in the event of border closures, administrative restrictions on travel or if one of the participants in the holiday is affected by COVID-19, while the campsite is authorised to receive its customers.

In order for you to fully enjoy your 2021 holidays with your family, friends or as a couple, we owe it to you more than ever to be responsible… Let’s not forget the issues related to hygiene measures that we will put in place.
