The Caves in the Dordogne

The cave of Lascaux, located in the commune of Montignac, a few kilometres from the campsite LE PORT DE SIORAC in the Dordogne, is undoubtedly the site that has put the Périgord on the list of the most visited regions in the world.

Many other prehistoric sites and caves are to be discovered… Rouffignac, Rocamadour, the caves of Roc de Cazelle, the caves of Maxange, the caves of Lacave…
